  • 1 Minute Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75,55)
  • 1 Minute Box Jumps (20)
  • 1 Minute Push Press (75,55)
  • 1 Minute Rest

This is a five round version of the benchmark “Fight Gone Bad”. It is scored by total reps. Try to stay as consistent as possible at each station. The weights are light and the box height is low so that you can rep it out. Crush it!
