  • Build to a heavy set of 7

Then,

12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 4 Strict Pull-ups
  • 8 Dumbbell Strict Presses (35,25)(25,20)(20,15)
  • 12 Dumbbell Squats

On this first Friday in August we are going to get some bench press in. Build to a heavy set of 7 within your given time. After that, we get into some strict movements in a 12 minute AMRAP. Happy Friday!
