For Time: “Run, Bike, Row”

  • Run 2 Miles
  • Bike 3 Miles
  • Row 2000 Meters

The first day of August is…all cardio-“Run, Bike, Row”. At least it isn’t, Row 42,195 meters like the Games athletes will do today. This all brings up a good point. To truly test our fitness we have to have workouts that are long and slow along with the high intensity ones that everyone craves. While this one is no where near the time domain of the Games row, it will make you push yourself in a different way. Go crush it! -and then tune into the CrossFit Games to watch your favorite athletes.
