In Teams of 2, 25 Minute AMRAP:

  • 800 Meter Run
  • 50 Dumbbell Snatches (35,25)
  • 800 Meter Run
  • 50 Alternating, Dumbbell Hang Clean and Jerks(35,25)

Grab a partner and attack this! One partner will be working at a time. Split up the 800’s and dumbbell movements however you want.
