  • 200 Meter Run
  • 100′ Walking Lunge (No Weight)
  • 30 Sit-ups
  • 12 Alternating Dumbbell Snatches (35,25)(25,20)(15,10)

The distances, reps and weights are fairly small so that you can keep moving with intensity. Try to keep each round as consistent as possible all the way to the finish.
