10 1-minute rounds of:

  • 10 burpees over the bar
  • Max reps of power snatches(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)

*Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

In this one you need to burn through the burpees to get on the bar for some power snatch reps. You have one minute to complete the 10 burpees and then snatch reps during the remainder of the minute. There is a two minute rest between each round which will give you the opportunity to really go hard during the rounds. Have a great weekend!
