Push Jerk:

  • Build to a heavy 1 rep


For reps:

  • Tabata Row
  • Tabata Bike

*Rest 4 Minutes between

We will start off today from the racks. Build up to a heavy 1 rep push jerk. Dip and drive the bar off of your shoulders and then quickly push under will get you big weight today! If you are new to this movement we will keep it light and just work on form. Happy Friday!
