One rep maxes are fun and exciting but the way to build that strength comes in workouts like today. Going heavy for 5 reps of anything is an awesome challenge. Today we will build up to the most weight that you can back squat 5 times. Check your last recorded 5 rep, develop a plan and crush that number. If you are new to squatting with us, we will be keeping it on the lighter side and really developing your form.
