The CFBC “Go” Club having some fun!

3 rounds of:

  • 1 minute of sumo deadlift high pulls(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 1 minute of sit-ups
  • 1 minute of push presses
  • 1 minute of sit-ups
  • Rest 1 minute

This one will be scored by total reps from all 3 rounds. The barbell weight will remain the same for both the SDHP and the push press. Go hard and enjoy that rest time!
