Saturday’s Olympic lifting clinic

  • 400 Meter Run
  • 21 Kettlebell Swings(53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 12 Pull-ups

This benchmark workout is meant to be an all out sprint. For you veteran CrossFitters, your goal should be unbroken reps and hard runs. If this is the first time taking on Helen, pick a weight and pull-up modification that allows you to keep moving. Have fun!
