Push Press:

  • Build to a heavy set of 3

Then,

12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 20/14 Calorie Row
  • 2 Rounds of Strict “Cindy”

*Cindy= 5 strict pull-ups, 10 push-ups 15 squats

We are going heavy with the front squat to start out our session. Shoot for a new PR or just get as heavy as Friday will let you. Afterwards we will do some short runs/rows and a couple rounds of “Cindy” with strict pull-ups. Have a good weekend!
