On the 4:00, 5 Rounds:

  • 15 Sit-Ups
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 15 Sit-Ups
  • 5 Deadlifts

This one will be a lot like last Friday where you will go up in weight on the barbell movement each round. Focus on staying unbroken on the sit-ups and double unders and go heavy with good form for the deadlifts.
