20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 10 Push Presses (115,80)(95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 10 Box Jumps (24,20)

This one is sneaky because it doesn’t look like a typical hero workout. 10 reps of everything seems so manageable, and it is from the start. Try to picture how your rounds will look or feel half way and three quarters way through. Don’t come out to hot, hold out for when you get into the later minutes and rounds and you can give it all you have.
