“Partner Murph”

1 Mile Run (alt 400’s)
20 rounds of:(alt rnds)
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
1 Mile Run(alt 400’s)

This will be the last Saturday to get in some training for our “Murph” event. Today you will have a partner to help you through. The mile will be broken down into alternating 400’s and the 20 rounds will also alternate between partners. Try to get the most out of your rest time will your partner is working and then crush it when you are up.
