8 Rounds for time:

  • 5 Power Snatches (135,95)(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)
  • 200 Meter Sprint

This is a good mix of some moderate weightlifting and fast paced running. Focus on making the snatch reps as perfect as possible. Try to keep all of your 200’s at a pace that pushes you but isn’t your all out sprint. It is going to be a quick mile!
