Bench Dayyyyy! Today we get the whole hour to focus on the bench press. The bench press is a really good exercise to strengthen the upper body. It isn’t a main focus like in a bodybuilding program, but it has its place. We don’t snatch every day either. Right? Take the opportunity as you work on these 5 rep sets to try to perfect the bench press. We will be helping you do that but come in with it in your mind that you are going to get better. Getting better will lead to those coveted stars on wodify!
