Welcome to another month of CrossFit! Hopefully we are all entering April more fit than in March. Today you get to show off that fitness. The harder you work on the front side of the workout the more points you will get on the rower. You have to earn your points! Whatever time is left after the front squats and box jumps is your time on the rower to get max calories.
