On the 5:00 x 6 Rounds:

  • 15 Push-ups
  • 15 Meter Walking Lunge(50′)(sub 20 reps in place)
  • 400 Meter Run

*Wear a weighted vest or pack if you have one.

Happy Monday Team! Today we have another fairly long workout but a great one to get outside with. Try to get through the three movements as quickly as possible so that you get a little time to rest. If you aren’t running do 1:30 of mountain climbers or sub out whatever cardio movement you can do for 1.5-2 minutes.
