  • Minute 1: 200 Meter run
  • Minute 2: 30/20 Push-ups
  • Minute 3: 15/12 Calorie Row
  • Minute 4: 30 Lunges
  • Minute 5: 15/12 Calorie Bike
  • Minute 6: Rest

In this one you have a different task each minute for 6 minutes. Complete each task and rest if you have time left. Your score is based on the number of successfully completed tasks in a minute. A perfect score is 25. Don’t forget that our CFBC Intramural Open Week 6 Challenge will begin at 10 am.
