Pressing Complex:

5 sets,

  • 1 Single Arm Strict Press plus 5 Single Arm Push Press with a 2 second hold at the top

*Rest 90 seconds between each set. Preferably this is dumbbell or KB. If you have the equipment to build in weight each set do that. If not use whatever you have and focus on good reps.

Then,

  • Seated Tabata Dumbbell Strict Press, holding in the front rack during the 10 seconds rest. (use light weights)

Then,

12 Minute AMRAP:

  • 12 Alternating Dumbbell Power Snatches (clean and jerk odd object if you can’t snatch)
  • 9 Dumbbell Back Squats
  • 100 Meter Farmer Carry (single dumbbell)(odd object front rack carry)
