“Double Helen”

3 Rounds for time:

  • 800 Meter Run
  • 42 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 24 Pull-Ups

“Helen” is normally a fast, sprint workout. Today we are doubling the run and the reps. This will mean you may need to take more breaks and pace a little slower than your normal Helen attack. Have fun!
