  • 30 Double Unders, 1 Hang Squat Clean
  • 30 Double Unders, 2 Hang Squat Cleans
  • 30 Double Unders, 3 Hang Squat Cleans
  • Continue up

Home Workout:

Find something heavy to front squat for 5 sets of 5 reps.

Then,

10 Minute AMRAP:

  • 30 lateral jumps over a rolled up towel or anything that is about 3-4 inches off of the ground, 1 front squat
  • 30 lateral jumps, 2 front squats
  • 30 lateral jumps, 3 front squats
