25 Minute AMRAP:

  • 9 Wall Balls (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)

During this team workout, one person will complete a round before the next begins. The goal here is to move as quickly as you can through each round, knowing that you have rest time while your other two teammates attack their rounds. The score will be total rounds plus any spare reps.
