Happy Monday! Today is mostly about the strict press. We all love to do the pressing movements that involve our hips. The strict press is a true upper body test and forces you to have a solid set up and finish position. Work on that as you go through your sets. The AMRAP after offers more work on the press along with some double unders and squats. Yay!
