In Teams of 3 for time:

  • 1500 Meter Row
  • 100 Clean and Jerks (95,65)
  • 100 Toes to Bar
  • 75 Clean and Jerks (115,85)
  • 75 Pull-ups
  • 50 Clean and Jerks (135,95)
  • 50 Burpee Pull-ups
  • 1500 Meter Row

Each team can split this up however they want. One athlete working at a time. The weight of the clean and jerk will go up as you work your way through the workout. Happy Saturday!
