It has been about a year since we did a 3 rep push jerk. Use this time to perfect your technique and go heavy if it is on point. If you are new to this movement, keep it light and work on getting some solid reps. Afterwards we will test our our double unders or work on getting our first one. Double unders coming up in the Open are a high probability. Use today to prepare.
