On the 5:00 x 6 Rounds:

  • 12 Power Snatches (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)
  • 12 Burpees over the bar
  • 200 Meter Sprint

After that long 15 minutes of wall ball and rowing, this sprint workout will be a nice change. You should have plenty of rest built in so try to go as hard as you can each round.
