  • 9 Dumbbell Shoulder to Overhead

This is a fun one to finish out the week! Wall ball and dumbbell work really requires you to recruit different muscles as well as working coordination and balance. The shoulder to overhead will be done with the dumbbells used for the farmer carry. Happy Friday!
