Build to a Heavy Complex:

  • 1 Hang Power Snatch
  • 1 Overhead Squat
  • 1 Hang Squat Snatch

Then,

7 Minute AMRAP:

  • 50 Double Unders
  • 10 Hang Squat Snatches (135,95)(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)

This is a great opportunity to work on the snatch. Specifically getting into training the squat snatch. Keep it light and work on form. As the form improves and you are hitting lifts, go up in weight. Happy Friday!
