20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 20 Medicine-Ball Cleans (20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • 60 Double Unders (120 Single Unders)

The med-ball clean is back! This is definitely one of those awesome movements that typically gets left out of these fancy new programs. Being proficient with these will transfer over to making your barbell cleans better. The same mechanics are there. If you are good at double unders go after all 60. If you are just getting them and can stay fairly consistent, maybe drop the reps back a bit so that you can stay balanced between the two movements. If none of that applies (yet), single unders will be your challenge. See you out there!
