20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 25 Double Unders
  • 5 Power Snatches (135,95)(115,80)(95,65)(75,55)
  • 25 Double Unders
  • 5 Bar Muscle-ups or 10 Strict Pull-ups

This one has a good mix of gymnastics, jump rope skill and weightlifting. Pick a weight for the snatch that challenges you. If you don’t have the bar muscle-up yet you can do strict pull-ups or any of the other pull-ups subs we have done.
