20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 5 Handstand Push-ups
  • 10 One-Legged Squats
  • 15 Pull-ups
  • 400 Meter run

This is a running version of the classic benchmark “Mary”. There are a lot of ways that we can make modifications to these slightly more advanced gymnastics movements. So don’t worry if you don’t have them yet. See you there!
