20 Minute AMRAP:

  • 30 Alternating Pistols
  • 20 Kettlebell Swings (53,35)(44,26)(26,18)
  • 10 Push-Ups

We are going after it today for 20 minutes. Challenge yourself to a harder modification of the pistol if you don’t have them yet. If you do, try to become more efficient in executing them. The same goes for the other two movements. Step it up and work hard for 20 minutes. See you there!
