  • Build to a heavy 5 rep

Tabata:

  • Burpees
  • Row

Today we start off our workout with some heavy front squats for 5. From there we will go into two movements, Tabata style. Complete all 8 rounds of burpees first, rest 2 minutes and get into 8 rounds of rowing. 20 seconds on 10 seconds off.
