  • 50 Power Snatches (95/65)
  • 15 Rope Climbs
  • 50 Power Snatches (75/55)
  • 75 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
  • 100 Calorie Row

In this team workout, one teammate will be working while two will be resting. Try to split up the reps in a way that compliments the team. This is a pyramid style set up. Going down the back side you get to lower the weight of the power snatches. The time cap is 30 minutes. TEAMWORK!
