Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 thrusters (95,65)(75,55)(55,35)(35,15)
  • 7 hang power cleans
  • 10 sumo deadlift high pulls

This is one of those workouts that you have to just stand in one place, put your head down and grind. The weight is pretty light so you should be able to do the majority of the first half unbroken. Set a sustainable pace early on and you will be able to power through with lots of rounds an reps. Happy Hump Day!
