Thruster:

  • Build to a heavy 1 rep

Then,

5 rounds for time:

  • 200 Meter Run
  • 10 Dumbbell Thrusters (35,25)(25,15)(20,10)

The thruster will be coming out of the rack today. We will build to a heavy rep,  or if you are feeling good, a one rep max thruster. In the metcon we switch over to dumbbells and running. Happy Wednesday!
