  • Medicine-ball cleans(20,14)(14,10)(10,6)
  • Box jumps(24,20)

This workout has a significant amount of reps but with the descending rep scheme you should be able to maintain a steady pace. Stay focused on executing the med ball cleans as perfectly as possible to keep you moving. Go after it!
