15 Minute AMRAP:

  • 50′ Handstand Walk
  • 15 Burpees
  • 30 Alternating One-Legged Squats

This one sandwiches two gymnastic movements around a nice warm filling of burpees. Don’t worry we will have alternatives for the two high skill movements. If you have been practicing these and are getting them, today will be a great day to put them to the test. Happy Friday!
