Clean and Jerk:

Today we get to work on the other Olympic lift. Last week we snatched for a 1 rep max. This week you get the opportunity to practice and or PR the clean and jerk. Keep it light for a few sets to work on positions. Once it is feeling good start your build up in weight. Have fun!
