Jason hails from southern Maine. After growing up on video games and junk food, post college Jason found himself tipping the scales at over 300 pounds. In 2007 he dropped over 100 pounds – focusing on diet and exercise.
Jason fell in love with CrossFit in 2014 after several friends prodded him to give it a try. His decision to move into coaching was driven by an interest in helping others be the best version of themselves.
Jason believes in maximum effort and constant improvement. He loves the opportunity to coach people who want to push themselves. He’s a fan of wall balls, rowing, shoes, travel, a solid Old Fashioned, fast cars and competition. He’s dislikes excuses, thrusters, and winter.
