Open gym from 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
Open gym from 4:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Saturday:

8:30 a.m. – WOD

Drop-In Policy:

We absolutely love meeting new friends from all over the world and love it when we get drop-ins! We want to ensure that you have the best experience possible so please plan accordingly:

  1. email kirk@crossfitbriercreek.com or fill out our form to schedule a drop-in so we know you’re coming
  2. arrive 15 minutes early to meet the coach, fill out a waiver, find the bathroom, etc.
  3. enjoy your WOD!
