CrossFit is a comprehensive health and fitness program designed so that anyone can do it: as long as you are committed, you can get started regardless of age, experience, or fitness level.



CrossFit Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children ages 3-18. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence.



Barbell Club

Our Barbell Club program is based on the competition lifts found in Olympic weightlifting: the snatch and the clean and jerk. In our small group training environment, beginners can learn the basics and competitors can improve skill and strength!



Personal Training

With custom programming designed for you, we can help you get back in shape, advance to the next level, or get on a path to physical wellness.



Open Gym

During Open Gym times we open our facility to any CrossFit Brier Creek members who are seeking to supplement their Workouts of the Day (WODs). Open Gym is the perfect time to work on your form and technique, pursue your own WOD, or perform a WOD that you missed from earlier in the week.
