If you haven’t noticed, we have added some more benchmarks to our leaderboard. They are all related to running or rowing. Today you will have a chance to get on that board for your 1 rep snatch and 400 meter run. The leaderboard is a fun way to see amazing feats of strength and speed but always remember that every day we only compete against ourselves and our personal leaderboard. 110% no matter where you stand!
Workout of the Day 5/10/13:
Snatch!
- Work up to a 1 rep max
New athletes will focus on positioning drills with light weight.
Then,
- 400 Meter Time Trial (run afap for 400m)
