Pick it Up!
Welcome to Friday! We have some heavy lifting in store for you. The deadlift is one of the most functional movements we do. How many times a day do you pick something up from the floor? Today at CFBC, you will only have to do it for 7 sets of 1.
Saturday at 10 am is our Free Community Workout. Tell your friends about it or just kidnap them and bring them in. We love sharing CrossFit with new people!
Workout of the Day 5/3/13:
Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
Work up to a new 1 rep max deadlift.
Then,
4 Rounds for Time:
- 50′ Bear Crawl (down)
- 50′ Broad Jump (back)
Perform 3 jumping squats every 5 broad jumps.
