Shuttle!
Its time for more bench press fun at CrossFit Brier Creek. Today you will build up to a new 5 rep max. Keep your shoulders pulled into the bench, think about bending the bar as you lower and then explosively spreading it apart as you press up. Then we will head outside for some sandbag fun. Shuttle run!
Workout of the Day 4/24/13:
Bench Press 5-5-5-5-5
Then,
4 Rounds:
- Sand Bag Shuttle Run(50,25). Run 50 meters and back, 100 meters and back each round.
Each round will be timed. No set rest period. Work to keep each shuttle run within 5 seconds up or down.
