Durham Bulls
Hey athletes! We are planning a trip on Sunday, May 19th to watch a Durham Bulls game. If available we will be renting out the Carolina Hurricanes Home Run Patio. The tickets will be $25 which includes admission to the game, a 2 hr buffet, and a durham bulls hat! There will be a sign up sheet posted up in the gym soon!
Now on to the good stuff. We are back at the beginning of another strength cycle, and we will kick off with a 5 rep max back squat. We have only seen great results from our strength programs, so until you guys start getting weaker, which is never, we will keep them rolling! Remember as you perform your back squats to to keep the knees pushed out and explode quickly out of the bottom. Keeping our knees pushed out ensures proper alignment of the knee joints along with many other benefits!
