Filthy Fifty, Kinda…..
Today we will be doing a modified Filthy Fifty. We will be replacing the wallball piece with 50 air squats. We donated our Medballs to Crossfit Invoke for the Level 1 this weekend! Good luck to our athlete Alexis Lake as she gets her Level 1 certification this weekend! None the less our MOD filthy fifty will just as awesome.

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
50 steps Walking Lunge 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Air Squats
50 Burpees
50 Double unders
