Get Ready!
We want to thank everyone that participated and helped with the CrossFit Open. CrossFit Brier Creek’s team finished 68th out of 230 teams in our region. We have only been training folks at CFBC for 9 months so I count this as a major accomplishment for the gym. We saw our athletes repeat brutal workouts week after week just to try and get more reps for the team and prove to themselves that they could do better. Now is the time to get ready for next year. We all have to set goals and initiatives for improvement. I would love to see 100% involvement in the Open next year. It can only make you better. The CFBC team needs you, so start preparing now!
Today’s wod consists of 3, 5 minute AMRAPS with 2 minutes rest between. Use your rest time wisely and recover as much as you can so that you can hit each one as hard as possible.

5 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Deadlifts (155,105)
- 15 Ring Dips
Rest 2 Minutes
5 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Squat Cleans (155,105)
- 15 Pull-ups
Rest 2 Minutes
5 Minute AMRAP:
- 10 Shoulder to Overheads (155,105)
- 15 Sit-Ups
