Tabata FGB
Today we will be putting a fun spin on a classic CrossFit workout. Fight Gone Bad has been around for a long time. We are going to do it Tabata style! Interval training done right is very intense. Intensity is where we see our greatest rate of return. The weights are light so you can move quickly but don’t forget to stay focused on technique and consistency first.
Workout of the Day 4/9/13:
“Tabata Fight Gone Bad”
Perform 8 tabata intervals of each movement. All 8 intervals must be completed before moving to the next movement.
20 Seconds on 10 Seconds off
- Wall Ball (20,14)
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75,55)
- Box Jump (20)
- Push Press (75,55)

This will be scored by total reps of each tabata interval.
